ABOUT THE PATTERN
The Willow Bow Cardigan is a light, oversize cardigan tied with elegant bows. The cardigan is a quick knit with needle 5 mm (US 8) in Divina. It is worked top down with raglan increases. The front bands are worked directly on the cardigan. Sleeve stitches are put on hold while the body is finished. The body is finished with a beautiful lace hem and i-cord. The sleeve stitches are put back on the active needle and worked separately. They are finished with a slight rounding before the lace hem and i-cord, giving the cardigan a lovely feminine touch. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline using two strands of Soft Alpaca Lace and needle 3.5 mm (US 4). The bows are worked in double knitting.
